December meeting was called to order by Rolly N0AHL with 9 members present.
Minutes of the November meeting approved as published, motion by Randy K. KA0ZEE, second by Marv N9TDE and carried.
Treasurers report- Balance of $ 899.85 –motion by Randy KA0ZEE, 2nd Marv N9TDE and carried
Dues for next year are due --- $10.

** License Classes and Testing— Selected Tuesday Evenings Dec 8 & 15, Jan 5 & 12, Testing on Tuesday Jan 19.Start time 6:30. Fee set at $35- Book and Test
** Membership --- 2008-2009 year 22 members
2009-2010 16 paid to date
** Equipment -- Get list of Equip you have to Randy or Rich, with Model & serial numbers
OLD Business:
* ARES cards—Need to finalize - Rich & Randy.
* Skywarn Recognition Day --Went well, we were Net Control on IRLP Friday evening, had 39 check-ins in our hour, Had 128 contacts for SRD
* POD – Marv N9TDE, Bob WB0HJK, Rich KC0UXZ participated in the DOH / Emergency Management POD exercise held Nov 25th. As a communication team.

NEW Business
* Things to consider: what are our EmComm capabilities ?
What needs to be in a Go Box ?
* GLARA Ant relocation in the spring, Do we want to participate ?
